i have an 1978 timber jack 2500 loader ...
the heads have been checked by two different shop with no leaks detected ...
the block has also been tested ....
and no leaks or crack can be found ...
it's not the heat exchanger ....
when the engin get warm oil and water pour out every where ...
was wondering if anyone else has had this problom ?

Sounds like a GMC 400 cubic inch V-6 motor? What kind of industrial motor is it? Your torque on the heads is good and new head gaskets. You got to suspect the coolant passages in the intake manifold have that pressure tested.

john is right pressure check should determine where the leak is
