If, my date of birth is 12 july 1971, time: 5:20 pm, Nagpur, India. I am told that this much data is required by astrologers. Can any astrologer specifically tell about my question?

I am an astrologer. Predictions using astrology are, of course, possible and widely practiced by competent astrologers. However, they must be based solely on your own individual chart. Astrologers will use a number of predictive methods, including transits and progressions, as well as their wide experience to increase the accuracy of their predictions.
What you must understand, however, is that the energy of a particular planet can manifest itself in several ways. For instance, Mercury rules travel, work, education, writing, communication and children, among other things. If a person is about to experience a major Mercury progression, this may mean they will find a job, travel, enter a course of study or have children. The astrologer can, of course, narrow these possibilities down by looking for other supporting influences in the chart and by consulting closely with their client. The more familiar an astrologer becomes with their client and with the intricacies of their client's chart, the more specific and accurate their predictions can become.

Astrology can't even give you vague predictions. The person doing the reading may come up with educated guesses, but that is about it.

Astrology doesn't predict anything. It only gives vague predictions that could apply to almost anyone. The stars and planets follow a mathematical pattern - you can tell years ahead of time what they will do. It's no surprise to anyone who knows what they're talking about when so and so lines up with so and so. You're better off asking your dog these questions

if they could do that, then every single person under your sign would have the same amount of children...
I'm pretty sure every person under your sign does not have the same amount of children, so... hwo could this be possible?
