Dear Beach Girl,
Proper nutrition is necessary for your wealth which poses the question, "What is your wealth". The answer to that is, "Your wealth is your Health." You should have a varied daily diet of all the different foods, particularly fruit and vegetables. Fish, three times a week and alittle meat once a week. Drink a lot of water, not soft drinks. Add exercise to this and your health should be good. And remember, don't overeat.
Don't live to eat: eat to live.
