Completely irrelevant question. It's like asking whether a red car would fit into my garage vs. a blue car. The type of memory on the video card has NOTHING to do with whether it's compatible with your PC or not. WORRY ABOUT THE SLOT! (AGP, PCI, or PCI-E)
You should be checking that interface slot does your PC have, and find the video cards that will fit that. You are at least asking decent questions though. That's always a good start.

It depends on whether the card is PCI, AGP or PCIExpress. You need to check the specs. An AGP card for example will only work in an AGP slot and vise versa for the other cards.

Only if it has an AGP or PCI connector. The DDR refers to the video ram on the card and is not relevant to the connector type into the computer.

each card has its own type of slots . Most recent ones have a pci-e X16 slot
