Volatile and non volatile?

According to my knowledge,volatile means B.P. less than 373K and non volatile means B.P. more than 373K.Is it right to say like this ?

Volatile are substances that can evaporate even at room temperature, Non volatile is the opposite, it is stable at room temp, you need to apply heat to be able to evaporate it. Usually volatile substances are flammable or combustible

Volatile means easily evaporated at or below room temperature.
Nonvolatile means not easily evaporated at room temperature.

Your definition has them evaporating at the boiling point of water instead of room temperature. I would substitute 27 C, or 300 K in the definition.

The boiling points of all vapors (evaporation) depend on the atmospheric pressure as well as the temperature.

I don't recall volatility having to do with boiling point. I thought it was a measure of evaporation.
