I would consider it comparable, yes.
It surprises me this happens; I guess it's all a matter of money to the health care providers. If they don't give a darn about people, why are they in the profession? Just for the money?
Drug pushers are equal to it also.

50,000 Americans die every year because of drunk drivers. Is this a terrorist act because it certainly terrifies me?
If we're trying to save the world why be so selective in your questioning? Agenda maybe?

Highway crashes killed 42,642 people last year. That compares with the 43,510 who died in 2005, according National Highway Traffic Safety Administration's latest figures.
That's it! Automobiles are terrorist and should all be taken off the roads!

I wouldn't say "denied" healthcare, more or less they were "not deserving". Healthcare should only be free under the assumption that those receiving free aid are paying taxes and therefore paying for the services rendered.
You don't pay taxes, you don't get your medicine.
Yea, its sad that a lot of people die, but how accurate and un-biased is that statistic? I have a sneaking suspicion that the group that produced this statistic had a political agenda.

Where do you people get this info? If there is not a problem you make one up. Hospitals are required to treat people. It terrifies me that Americans can be so easily convinced of crap that causes them to give away their freedom.

I don't know where you're getting your information. So how can we know these facts are true?
Yes, denial of medical care is bad. But Socialist medicine is also bad. There has to be legislation put in place to curb frivilous lawsuits by greedy lawyers. If done so, the cost of medical care would drop dramatically, and employers could afford to cover their employees.

Perhaps those people should get jobs and work hard to provide themselves with healthcare like I do. I don't work hard to get taxed even harder and pay for lazy people to have health care.
