i've seen black people, chinese, indians who waste water a lot. i'm not sure their religion has anything to do with it.
if you're poor, you're thrifty, if you're rich or a well to do person, you take your life for granted.

Well, I always only fill the top half so as not to waste water.
BTW, what does the water I drink, have to do with what African's have. If I drink only half a glass, do they did the other half?
