It doesnt mean she thinks of you like THAT. I mustve told my best friend he was hott a million times and i hav no romantic interest (or illusions) where he's concerned. She could be teasing or giving you her honest-to-God observative opinion. Dont get too worried about it. On the safe side, never let her see u naked.

maybe she needs to get medical or pyshological help. Maybe she knows something you don't. Maybe she's really thinks your hot but thats it. It doen't mean she wants a realtionship. It might just be a comliment.
