Yes. As long as you legally can in your home country as well. Just be warned that in Australia you have to apply for a mrriage licence at least a month before you actually marry (this is to avoid vegas style marriages and divorces) so you would need to plan early. And as already pointed out, even if you married an Australian you would still need to leave when your visa expires.
