Yes, I do. I have not yet figured out why. I thought perhaps it was the iron, so I bought a multi-vitamin without iron. My headaches went away for a few days, but then returned, and I ended up with iron-poor blood. So now I have to take quadruple doses of iron to get my blood healthy again.

You may want to try switching brands of multi-vitamins and see if that helps. I've tried several different brands and some give me less headaches than others. Sometimes it's a matter of getting used to the vitamin. Sometimes drinking more water helps, especially since the vitamins are detoxifying your body and needs more water to do it. When I do get a headache I just tolerate it because mine doesn't last too long and the benefits from my multi-vitamin outweighs my headache.

it's a possiblity. Two of the vitamins that could be causing this are Vitamins A & D. In high doses, they can become toxic. Selenium is a trace mineral. Contrary to what the marketing and advertizing folks like to say, you don't need gobs of selenium every day. As a trace mineral, it's best taken in wee tiny doses, rather than a pill the size of a bowling ball.

My suggestion; stop taking all supplements for about a week. When you start taking them again, take them every other day, or just twice a week. Keep it down to a minimum. Don't take every pill they sell in the health food store. You don't need huge doses of vitamins and minerals to be healthy.

I used to get sick after taking multivitamins. Turns out I am allergic to yeast, which is what they make B vitamins from.

Try a new multivitamin that doesn't have allergens in them. Perhaps avoid the selenium as well, it might be what you are having a reaction to.

See your doctor, he might be able to advise which one is best for you to take.
