You know, I bet there will be a good many people who disagree with what I'm about to say about this...but here goes: I think God is capable of changing His mind when He wants to. I think of the story of Noah and the flood, for example. God almost destroyed all of mankind, and then, he decided that He never wanted to do that again...so he made a promise to mankind to never again destroy the world with a flood...and the evidence of this promise, according to the Bible, is the "rainbow." He decided that even though humanity was capable of great evil, that we must also be capable of great good, and therefore worthy of being saved. This, to me, is evidence that He is capable of changing his thinking.

It would depend on the topic. Obviously things like rape, murder, and the sort would always be wrong. Things like stealing may change depend on the situation (if the person's poor and only stealing to feed his family, it may be okay).
Since no two situations are ever the same, and he/she would want so lee-way to declare an act okay, I'll go with change.

I believe the God of my understanding is just that: as I understand or interpret God to be.

He gave us the change minded opinions that we have. I would guess the change, after all, He made us in His image, meaning we have the perfect right to choose for ourselves what we think is best for ourselves.
If God made robots, I probably wouldn't be giving my opinion on Yahoo answers right now, yes?

Although the composition of the question is very bad, I still detect a fallacy in the question.
My answer would be:
Five spoons of candid liver.

God is not attributed with the attributes of the creations. Hence mind is not attributed to Him and neither is change.
His Attributes are Eternal and He Eternally destined everything.
