Matt. 26:39, RS: “Going a little farther he [Jesus Christ] fell on his face and prayed, ‘My Father, if it be possible, let this cup pass from me; nevertheless, not as I will, but as thou wilt.’” (If the Father and the Son were not distinct individuals, such a prayer would have been meaningless. Jesus would have been praying to himself, and his will would of necessity have been the Father’s will.) John 8:17, 18, RS: “[Jesus answered the Jewish Pharisees:] In your law it is written that the testimony of two men is true; I bear witness to myself, and the Father who sent me bears witness to me.” (So, Jesus definitely spoke of himself as being an individual separate and distinct from the Father.) You answered your own question. There is one God in three individual, separate, and distinct persons -- the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.

When the word became flesh, it was then able to pray on the behalf of all of us, The spirit of God exists in all of us, so when we pray are we praying to our selves? In some regard we are, but it is more like the molecules in matter lining up to become a magnetic force and direction, so our soul lines up to the spirit that dwells within, and begins to obey and enters the light section of our existence.

That is the profound mystery of the trinity. 3 and 1. 3 distinct beings, yet 1. In Genesis, when God was creating the everything, He used the words "WE should create man in OUR own image..."

I think its a little more complicated than "Jesus is God". Jesus is the heir of God, probably more likely. He will be our judge on Judgement day, because he said he is able to forgive sins. So God has more or less passed on his role to Jesus where it concerns humans.

self-worship:
Noun
1. worship of yourself
(synonym) idiolatry
John 4:22 - “YOU worship what YOU do not know; we worship what we know, because salvation originates with the Jews.”
Notice that Jesus included himself when said: we worship what we know...so follow the Master....

Jesus is supposedly the son of god, so I guess he worships his father.
