If we think or believe that Jesus is the most direct utmost Holy Son of Omniscient Almighty God our Father,
and if Jesus was born today (the second coming), we may dare guess that He Himself might decide (or would decide) whether to be a boy or a girl, or even a hermafrodite, or just, and utmost appropriately, the utmostly holy sexually neutral Savior.
He might even decide this time to get Himself a loving wife and a lot of utmost holy and beaufiful children, as the holy commandment of Almighty God was that on this Earth people should be husband and wife and populate the world.
And if we think about whether His new birth still would be a holy virgin birth, or that it still would be a virgin birth, then we might also have to think that Jesus Himself would or might decide whether to be born of a virgin or not, or even to be born of a woman with many children, or even to be born of an utmost sinful whore, or even come flying in great and dazzling triumph from above, escorted by an immense army of seraphic Angels, from yonder Paradise, due to the immense power He may have to ever decide whatever is appropriate for Him do do and for us to be justly exposed to, because of His being the most direct Son of Almighty God our Father.
Jesus would or might also decide in which country to be born.
Jesus is reported to have been sent, by Almighty God His Father, down to this Earth, to this dale of tears (in hic lacrimarum valle), to redeem all our sins. Then we may try to presume that He would come down to a country or to a place of this Earth known to be sinful, even to an utmost sinful place where people run around and murder each other or smash each other's face and do fornicate and steal and whatever else sinful you may happen to think about.
Or we might think that He in His utmost holy way, truth and life, might decide something else, let's say that He in His for us inscrutable way might decide to come to a beautiful place of this Earth, to a wondrously green and flowery valley ever kissed by the sun from a most serene sky, of which we unfortunately know nothing about, in order to show such a place to us and to the rest of the world as the model place of beauty, goodness, serene glowing love of Himself and of Almighty ever merciful God, where the concept of sin would be a totally obsolete word.

What if.....
One answer is the movie "Being There" which is a "what if" story on that very theme.
Get the DVD and look out for the clues. A virgin birth no-one would believe and so was covered up and hidden, for a start. And for an end, just in case you hadn't cottoned on, walking on water.

If the son of God came back as a girl, that'd just be embarassing. *lol*
A virgin birth? Hmm... I don't think so. I think Jesus might want to be a bit more subtle in his return than to be born from a virgin. That would (probably) get a LOT of media exposure, and the last thing any potential Jesus wants to do is to call attention to himself since doing so would make him just look crazy.

The second coming is not going to be a very pleasant experience for a lot of people if you believe revelations.
He is coming with a sword in his mouth so that could be female as they have sharp tongues!!!
But if he was to come as a normal person, then they (religious leaders) would kill him before he had a chance to take their power away

If someone claimed Jesus was born today then it wouldn't be Jesus at all.
Jesus warned us about people who say that Jesus has come back, he told us that if they say he is in the desert, don't go their, if someone says he's in a cave, don't listen to them. Many people already claim that he is here. Their is a man who says he is "Jesus Man, the Second coming".

he will not be born again as the first advent, the lamb, he will come back angry as a lion out of the tribe of Judah
Revelation 19:11 And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war.
Revelation 19:12 His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on his head were many crowns; and he had a name written, that no man knew, but he himself.
Revelation 19:13 And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God.
Revelation 19:14 And the armies which were in heaven followed him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean.
Revelation 19:15 And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and he treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God.
Revelation 19:16 And he hath on his vesture and on his thigh a name written, KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS.
