Small bumps on your tongue can be tastebuds or you could have drank or ate something overly hot and burned your mouth which will also cause that. The coating on your tongue is very likely toxins that have built up in your body from eating junk food or even taking madications that have built up over the years in your body. Have you ever done a body cleanseing to rid your body of built up toxins? It will make you feel brand new. There are several ways to it but the easiest is to go to a health food store and get a body cleanse. They are usually in pill form and you just follow the directions. Also, you should start brushing your tongue to rid it of some of the gunk on it. They even have tongue brushes now. Toxins often come out of the body through our tongue just like some are eliminated through our skin when we perspire but if we take in more than we can eliminate, they can build up inside of us and make our bodies sluggish. One good way to remove skin toxins is to soak in a fairly hot tub of clear water that has 1 small box of baking soda mixed with 1 cup of Epsom Salts put into the water and sloshed around until it absorbs. Soak your entire body for at least 20 mnutes and then use a rough cloth or sofah and scrub your skin gently but firmly. Watch the water turn really cloudy and even a grayish or greenish color depending on how much toxin your body eliminates. If these things do not improve your tongue or system, then seek medical attention because you could have something else.
