Most definatly. Joining the Armed forces is one of the ways to becomeing a citizen of the United States. You need to contact the an embacy and they will have the details for you. I know for a fact haveing served in the military next to non-citizens from places such as Iran, that you do not need citizenship. Semper Fi!!!!

You do not have to be a US Citizen to serve in the armed forces. You may be restricted (no jobs in intelligence). You will need to speak to a recruiter to find out the requirements for non-citizens to serve. Go on-line. Good Luck.

to become a US Marine you must emigrate LEGALLY to the United States and become a Permanent Resident with a Green Card. The Military cannot and will not help you to emigrate.

When I was in the Marine Corps I served with several non citizens. Go to the American embassy at
U.S. Embassy Suva
31 Loftus Street
Suva
or call them (679) 331-4466.
They will be able to answer your questions in more detail.

Man, I can sit here and tell you all about how the marines get literal screwed by funding and how you will not get good benefits, armor, weapons, etc... that the US and Navy receive. But I don't want to type it.
I think it beat up how the US treats it Marines.... You should Join the Army or Navy they get good benifits and top equipment.
This is assuming a non american can join the armed foreces.

Yeah, go to the U.S. Embassy they will tell you what you need to do.
I went to USMC boot camp in 1968. We had a Mexican border jumper in my platoon who couldn't speak much English. That may not be allowed now, but the way things are I wouldn't be certain...
