If you fly on a direct flight (no change of plane) its about 4 hours 30 minutes. If you fly through another city, like Dallas, Chicago, St Louis, it will add about 2 more hours to your total time.

Driving, I have done that many times, takes at least 3 full days and that's driving 12 to 14 hours a day and stopping for the night. When I drove it I usually would shoot for the St Louis area by the end of the first day, then Denver by the end of the second day, and Vegas is about 12 hours from Denver.

Driving there....36 hours or so if you do it straight. air? 5-6 hours direct or so depending on the flight route.
