i have 3 years old daughter and she complains about tummy pain. she does not have fever, she has soft bowel movement and sometimes she vomits. what can i do to make her fell better?

my son has had this on and off over 10 years...i discovered he was having a reaction to milk...he has bouts of pain..diareah then constipation....the doc wanted to test him for cealiacs..cause he vomits ..here and there..but hes healthy and eating and not underweight...so allergies...and check..wheat..milk..lactose)...corns...ryes...she may just have a simple tumy ache..and will pass in time...if it continues look into further
