My cousins/aunt came over for two weeks this July and they left 1 hour ago. They live all the way in Tunisia Africa. I am crying my eyes out trying not to think of how things are going back to the way they were before they came. My house/lifestyle changed for the two weeks they were here. I loved it! Now they are gone and its only me, my bro, and my mom living the same life. They come to America every 4 or 5 years!!! I come to Tunisia every year or two. How do i get over it like i usually do?

Realize that blood shouldn't always be the bases for which people we call our family members. Get out, find some good people, make some good relationships, and you'll find some support for this happening. Also could be culture shock, ours is cutlure is based more around the individual and has nothing to do with family any more, which isn't the state of much of the rest of the world, so you'll find alot of vien, selfish, insecure, yet arrogant, vindictive, evil people around here which would make me want to stay in my house with my bro and mom tell I could get the heck out of this sinking ship.... but theres so great people here who I'm more then sure whould love to meet you, and who knows they might own property in africa!
