Whatever Christians say their words will have no power in relation to matters spiritual unless those words were inspired and anointed or empowered by the Holy Spirit. Therefore even though Christians may blaspheme the Holy Spirit this will have no spiritual consequence, ie committing the unforgiveable sin, because the Holy Spirit will not empower these words. This is what happens under the New Testament the covenant of grace. But under the Old Covenant which depends on what a person does by himself alone blasphemy of the Holy Spirit may be an unforgivable sin depending on God's judgment of the condition of his heart.

Now, anybody can blaspheme the Holy Ghost. Christians are just trying to make up loopholes in order to derail the Blaspheme Challenge, where atheists are committing the unforgivable sin to show they are not afraid.

only true Christians can blaspheme the Holy Ghost ? were does it say that in the bible?
to blaspheme the Holy Ghost is to reject him and his work in your life and ridicule him. Christans would never do that because the Holy Spirit "lives" in them.
please brush up on scriptures before you make assumptions, thanks

This scripture doesn't mean what you think it means.
It means that if you don't accept Gods invitation to know him though the Holy Spirit then you will never have the mind to ask for forgiveness, How can someone before given if they never ask for forgiveness, this is what it is talking about.
