It's only true for your bones and your heart (depending on how in shape you've kept your heart and will continue to keep it).

Other then that, no it's BS.

Muscle or/and Fat is not good on your bones in *heavy* amounts no matter how in shape you are. However, muscle is much better to have since it tries it's best to support your frame (aka bones).

Hi,

I've tried so many different diets in the last 10 years that I can say now, they don't work!
A few months ago, I came across a great product for weight loss and like many others I was skeptical about it. But I really wanted to lose weight and I tried it. The results were excellent and I lost 20 pounds in 2 months. I felt fantastic and I dropped another 5 pounds safely. That's why I recommend you check this product at
http://www.get-slender.info where they have a free trial and you only pay 5.95$ shipping and handling.
Good luck!

I wouldn't take what the BMI calculator tells you too seriously.. I mean it does tell you if your at a reasonable weight at your hieght but it doesn't take in any other factors like you being mainly muschle for example .. You may need to loose a few pounds but I wouldnt say your "morbidly obese"

I dont understand why some dietitians determine if you have extra weight or not because its really irrelevant - compare person like you and a skinny girl who doesnt exercise and has a really low BMI but relatively high body fat percentage - you are definitely more healthy than that girl.
What really matters is your body fat percentage and muscle mass.
Scale and BMI are both irrelevant.

this is true you might want to lose a few pounds but please keep in mind that muscle weighs more than fat
