Dizziness can be caused by so many different things, it's hard to say what's causing it. If you were just having the dizziness, it would be easier to pinpoint it. But the headaches and numbness are disconcerting. You really need to see your Doctor so he can run some labs on you and check you over. Also, CT scan of your brain wouldn't be a bad idea to rule out a brain tumor. When you go numb, do you feel tingling sensations like pins and needles? Or do you just feel like your limbs and body are just heavy? You could be retaining fluid or possibly have diabetes. So, make an appt. with your Doctor, ok? Til then, go to the drug store and buy a bottle of Emetrol liquid for nausea. It works wonderfully. Good luck.

Just check if it is vertigo. This is something to do with the fluid in the inner ear. Have you had a cold since of late. Sometimes even stress can bring on an attack of vertigo.
Try to keep your room dark. Lie down and get lots of rest. Hope this helps.

I too use to get really dizzy when I would lie down. I've recently discovered I have diabetes. Diabetes can often make you feel like you are dizzy or on a boat with your sugar is too high. Have yourself check out so that your sugars don't get too high...you could go into acoma if they do. Good Luck.

You really need to see a doctor so diagnostic tests and proper physical examination can be done. Your symptoms can be probably due to simple things like stress and hypoglycemia but it could also be due to more serious problems like tumors or hematologic disorders.Go see a doctor as soon as possible, you cant fix that problem by yourself.

Go see and tell a Doctor. It could be almost anything from not eating to a brain tumor. It could be an inner ear infection.

you probably have a simple case of vertigo, it usually happens when you lie down, like bedspin from drinking. It is relative to your inner ear, and can be caused from dehydration, so drink some gatorade or something and see a doc asap. you will be fine!

You have vividly described your problem, but failed to mention whether you sought any medical help to find out the source of the problem. So, my suggestion to you is that you should see a doctor.
If you have visited a doctor and he / she is unable to help you, then ask me.
