Please have this lump checked out by your physician, I to found a lump that went away, but the outcome wasn't good.

Not all lumps are cancer.
It could have been caused by a lot of things, depending on where it was, how big it was and you!
However, because you are asking, it is safe to assume this was abnormal for you.
So, make a note of where, when, what you have been doing, etc and keep monitoring.
If it comes back, compare notes, and see if there is a logical explanation.
If there is no logical reason, see a Dr.
If it doesn't come back, consider yourself lucky.

I had a lump in my breast and then it went away. 5 months later it came back and it was invasive carcinoma-breast cancer. Go see your doctor just to be safe.

You should go to your doctor when it occurs again . Usually tumors has no flactuation is size ; but anyway , you must follow it up as soon as it recurs , don't postpone it .
