Yes! Just make sure you dry them well, use a clean towel or hair dryer as you don't want to transfer germs from other parts of your body.
It is also good to use some form of antiseptic.
You can get special sprays, or use alcohol wipes, or dab with metholated spirits or even perfume to disinfect.

Yes, just make sure you clean them when you get out of the shower, because the shampoo can cause an infections... especially if they are newly pierced.

Yes but I would clean them with an anti bacterial soap once a day:) It will help them heal up good.
