so im just wondering if there is a such thing as too friendly? My friend seems to think that i lead guys on, but i don't try to...i am just a nice person. It's not like i flirt with them, i just am nice to them and talk to them just like i would do with a new girl as a friend. i feel like i can only have good guy friends if they have girlfriends now so theres no way of them liking me cuz of what my friend said so now im not talking to many guys as i used to. should i stick to that and listen to my girlfriend or not?

dont go out of your way NOT to talk to guys. but dont be so friendly that they might get the wrong idea and take advantage of you. Be yourself, just dont cross any lines okay!

there is such a thing as too friendly; however, by what you described above there may in fact be a little hidden jealousy of your friend toward you. I have had plenty of friends who were girls where nothing but friendship co-existed. Keeping in mind what your friend said to you - first consider what is appropriate by your own standards, she is using her toward you. Do your best to do what you think is right and appropriate, and the opinion(s) of your girl friend are just that - her opinions.
Don't be too tough on yourself.

I get the same thing. I say nice things and pick up low spirits and all of a sudden I get flack from people because now those girls that I talk to cannot stop talking about me... I am not bragging, I do not date anyone who I have talk to in this manner, but I continue to do it because that is me. I am not going to hide who I really am...

Major secret in life.......Men don't stop liking other girls once they have girlfriends. Ever heard of a guy cheating on his girlfriend. Yes, listen to her. If she sees it, so does the guy and not only that you can't cheat on your girlfriend unless a girl seems to be "flirting" with you.
