Can someone give me a diet plan that worked for them. Im 5 8 and weigh 249. People say i look like i weigh 150 so i dont look that fat. My biggest problem is my belly. I wanna go down to 200 cause i wanna see how i look lol. And does green tea do you any good??

Dont look at what the scale says - its just a number, it doesnt tell you how much muscle mass or body fat percentage you have which is what really matters.
find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio is the only fat burning exercise and burns fat all over your body (running, jogging, swimming, spinning, elliptical etc) 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat), light weight training (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)
Green tea is good source of antioxidants.

Eat healthily with lots of veggies, lean meat and complex carbs and exercise, you will not have problem losing some fats.

Green tea has caffiene and females should not drink too much as it is heaty. Drink Oolong or Puer. It will help you if you replace it with all soda and sugared drinks.

I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs and gain better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs for more than a year.
