if it is just service pack 2 that you are after as long as your windows is a genuine copy you can download it along with your automatic updates directly from Microsoft

It is free from Microsoft once you have a legal copy of Windows XP.
Easiest way is to go Start - All Programs - Windows update, and follow the directions.
