Hi, I understand that you are looking for some advice or resources to help fully train your dog or fix behavior problems. If a professional dog trainer is not an option at this time, or if you want to trt training your dog on your own (a great way to bond), I'd suggest you https://bitly.im/aL53M
A friend recommened it to me a few years ago, and I was amazed how quickly it worked, which is why I recommend it to others. The dog training academy also has as an excellent home training course.

A beagle would be great. Boston Terriers & Pugs also would work . All of these breeds are low maintance as far as grooming. Bostons & Pugs don't do well in extreme hot or cold tempertures. So they are definetly indoor dogs only. Go to akc.org they have a nice breed library that will give you detailed breed information. Good luck !

mini schnauzers!! they are very smart and intelligent and they also dont shed at all!! They are also considered a good pet for people with allergies as they dont shed and release dander like other dogs. mini schnauzer shouldnt weigh more than 15lbs, great for being in the house but also not too small where you are afraid that you will step on them. They are very sturdy little dogs and great with kids. They are protective of their families.

If you want an easy to train dog - beagles not your dog - they are great but stubborn head strong hounds that are not easy to train
research breeds yo think you like & fit your life style needs then go to the dog pound - mix breeds make the best pets & are way cheaper than pure breeds !!

poodles dont shed. They are friendly. Lap dogs. If you want a smaller one they have miniature poodles. But they like a lot of attention from humans. They whine and cry a lot (we have one)

I will have to go with St Lady on this one. A stuffed one would seem to suit you best.
