ok i wuz messin with this guy && this wuz goin on 4 like a very long time we weren't goin out tho. anywayz we get into fight and during the fight he told me wuz goin 2 start messin with my best friend that tore me apart i told him i didn't care but i did anywho he startz talkin 2 her && i tell my friend how i felt about it && she understood wat i wuz saying so she dropped him. now hes all in my face blaming me && tellin that i must really like him 4 me 2 tell my friend not 2 talk 2 him && all this other crap i do like him tho...idk wat 2 do can i get some advice?

just tell him you do like him, and he was right in his accusation. tell him that it really bothers you when he goes out with other girls, and you want a commitment from him.
if he respects that and acts on it, he's a good guy.
but from the way it sounds, he was using you and he doesn't really care, in which case you should just drop him and find someone who cares about you.
but either way, at least he'll hear the truth and you won't regret it later.

Unless you want to continue to get played, I would suggest you move on. Also you may want to reevaluate your friendships, a true friend doesn't date the guy you are or were dating.
