WELL, For concentration you can try the candle game. Sit in dark room in the evening. All lights off, only a candle burning in front of you.... watch the tip of the flame... follow it with ur eyes wherever it moves....... it really helps in improving concentration.
To read well, start with a very basic book fro children in that language you want to improve. Stand in front of mirror and read aloud. Read slowly. Later, when you are bit more perfect, you can try reading to someone else. good Luck ! And do let me know how ur progress is....
