If you're doing a good job, she is saying "me corro" which means "I'm coming" in the sense of having an orgasm.

"Mecoro" is not a spanish word. Maybe what she's saying is, "mi cuero?" Although the literal translation of "cuero" is "leather," in Mexico, to say, "está bien cuero" means that someone is handsome/beautiful/gorgeous. So, your girlfriend might be calling you "her hunk?"
