As he is a juvenile he will get a slap on the wrist. Probably just some community service time. he will of course have to pay the fine and the extra insurance....but he won't be able to drive for a while anyway. I bet the judge will revoke his license unti the age of 18 or 21.

Probley not go to jail but do more of what you're thinking. Just remind him to be careful and not to do crazy stuff because it could kill him in many ways,, or kill. He might Have to pay a lot of money, do some community service, defensive driving, that stuff. Hope everything will be OK!

Whatever. It's time to grow up and be responsible. Keep going the way you are and you will amount to nothing like so many before you have. I assure you, if you and your boyfriend keep acting this way you will have very miserable and meaningless lives. Go learn to do something constructive and get some purpose in your lives, it's much more fulfilling. I wish you success.

Actually it is most likely that the judge will revoke his ability to obtain a license until he is 18 or 21. That sucks. You better hope your boyfriend straightens up because it isn't going to be any fun dating a guy that can't even pick you up to take you out.

He won't go to jail. If he were going to go to jail, he'd already be in jail. People do not go to jail for traffic violations.* He probably won't even have to do community service. Worst case scenerio he'll have to do community service, but more likely he'll have to pay a fine, maybe attend a class, then he'll be off the hook.
*Stuff like DUI, reckless driving, and reckless homicide are not considered traffic violations; they're misdemeanors or felonies.

Every country has a separate set of laws for minors.
For driving offence may be they are sent for training session/disciplinary action.

well he is definitely guilty of stupid in a no stupid zone, but unless there are some additonal circumstances you didnt mention the judge will most likely fine him and give him community service.
