My fiance and I are visiting NYC this Thanksgiving with his 10-yr old daughter and we want to get married while we're there. He LOVES the Yankees and was born/raised in the Bronx (although we live in Kansas now)... We want a VERY small informal wedding with the 3 of us and less than 10 guests. Something simple... I would love an outside wedding but it might be too cold. ANY IDEAS???

That would be very difficult. You need to apply and pay for a marriage license, and you will need an appointment with a memeber of clergy or a judge. NYC isnt like vegas they're a pain with paperwork. You may want to look on nyc.gov and try to find numbers of who you need to call. You may be able to get the stuff you need through the mail.

Since you want an outside wedding you can find a justice of the peace to do it for you.
go to www.nyc.gov and hopefully you can find the answers that you are looking for.
