In the fore-time, before people began taking on Christian names to prove their devotion to the New Religion (biblical names), parents selected names from the language of their kin, names of power that held the qualities they hoped would be bestowed upon the child. When you look into a book of names and their meaning, you will find names from different languages that describe qualities such as beauty, intelligence, bravery, honor, and strength.
To judge that a person has two first names is highly subjective and prejudice in the truest sense of the word. That is one of the most ignorant, subjective and discriminatory things I have heard in a long, long time.

I don't think it means having a double name, like "Mary Ann". It would be more like me telling you my name was Tom, and telling the next person it was Sue. If someone actually has two first names, then they are lying about one of them, and are up to something.
Just speculation

How can you have two first names? One always has to be second.
