Your only bet is the military. Not many supersonic aircraft in the civilian world. Any recruiter in the Navy, Marines or Air Force would be happy to help.

Keep your ambition Rusty! You've got a ways to go yet. You need a degree to be accepted into most flight programs. Although by the time you complete flight training commercial super-sonic and stratosphere flights may be common, currently the military is the best opportunity.

You could consider the joining the reserves for financial aid in your University and training that would benefit you as a pilot. You would train 6 to 9 months and could become a jet mechanic, or train in any of the systems you would later operate. There may even be a possibility of becoming an UAV pilot.

Good Luck! and don't give up.

Rusty, go to college , a degree in mechanical/aeronautical engineering wouldn't hurt, hold a 4.0 GPA and the military will be glad to take you I'm sure. The last SS civilian aircraft was the Concord. If you really want to fly SS type aircraft the military will be the place to go. By the way NASA is another Employer of Pilots.

Visit your nearest Armed Forces Career Office, in which ever country you live in. They will be able to give you information on medical requirements and the tests you may be subjected to.

I should warn you though, that being 5'1 - you may be considered too short for a flying branch, although it is your anthroprometric (length of your limbs, functional reach, etc) measurements that are more crucial.
