To get a complete understanding of the commentary under this verse, I would suggest you read the entire book cited below. However, here is the correct translation of the verse, with its commentary below:

11:18 And the nations were angry because thou hast come; and the time of the dead hast come, that they should be judged as the living, and that thou shouldest give reward unto thy servants the prophets, and to the saints, and them that reverence thy name, both small and great; and shouldest destroy the power of them who destroy the earth.

The inhabitants of the earth will not be very happy when their illusory world has been turned upside down. Those who have been judged by the precepts and doctrines of men will now be judged in righteousness according to how they have treated their fellowmen. The reward the prophets, saints, and those that revere the name of Christ will receive, is peace and happiness. Those who wielded unrighteous dominion and power over others will lose their power.

This is taken from the book that describes what ALL of Revelation means from cover to cover (or Rev 1:1 through 22:21). I was amazed at all the truths revealed in it! It is free to download at the site below.

Look up facts about the Statute of Liberty. She's a replica of the Roman goddess Libertas, the goddess of sexual freedom. So in Revelation ch 17 it refers " Mystery Babylon the Mother of all Harlots." It's referring to our Statute of Liberty being the whore goddess, or the sex slave goddess. The deadly wound that was healed is the goddess Libertas fail when Rome fail, and the wound was healed when the Statute of Liberty was rebuilt. Before Roman, Greece called the statute Aphodite, and the Babylonians called her Ishtar. The difference in the statutes is one can tell the statutes before Lady Liberty, one could tell they were female statutes. The statute of Liberty, I believe is a male, a statute of Lucifer himself. Jesus bound the devil up in chains of darkness for a thousand years, and than to be let loose for a short while. The Statute of Liberty has chains around the ankles, and broke apart in between the two ankle chains. The Devil perverts everything of God, I believe the Statute of Liberty is a transvestite, the Devil. Read Revelation ch 17

Even in writing Revelations there were things that John could not disclose. Bible scholars and those who have studied the ancient manuscripts only have theories on the exact interpretation of Scripture contained in Revalations.

From your words, I am assuming you already have(or think you have) the answer to your question. So what is your point?

I think it means destroy the earth in more of a figurative sense. Like if someone is rude and makes someone else feel terrible about themself, etc. that could be considered destroying someone. It may mean just being a terrible person who has not been forgiven by the Lord.

That's what it says. It also says that he comes to reward those who have served him and to judge the dead. I'm not sure who it speaks of when it says those that destroy the earth but I could assume that it would be those who have caused hatred, wars etc. It does not specify.

It talks about the future of the wicked and is referring to Jerusalem and Sodom and Christs Crucifiction. It is a warning. Please read it in context.
