great common interview questions - BUT I have better ones.

"Tell me about something u did in your life (work or otherwise) that u are proud of, and what u learned from it."
or
"What is your biggest accomplishment in life"

"Tell me about something u did in your life (work or otherwise) u are not so proud of, and what u learned from it."
or
"What is your biggest failure in life"

A whole lot more revealing about a person.
U can tell if they do much in life and if they are honest enough to reveal their failures.

Your questions invite lies.

My greatest strength would probably be my flexibility. I tell people to just call me Gumby b/c I decided long ago that I could either be flexible or miserable.

My greatest weakness would be my impatience when I have to instruct someone for the thousandth time on the same thing and they don't get it...not because they can't but just because for some reason it's not important enough to them to remember. I'd make a lousy tech support person b/c of it. :-) Although, the person I'm feeling impatient with rarely realizes that I'm frustrated...I try to hide it & talk to them calmly as I'm giving the instructions again.
