I try hard not to but I fail sometimes. I mean I'm only human and can and will admit my mistakes to God and ask for forgiveness and then I try not to commit them again.

Dear Lord,
So far today, I am doing ok. I have not gossiped, lost my temper, been greedy, grumpy, nasty, selfish, or self-indulgent. I have not whined, complained, or eaten any chocolate. I have charged nothing on my credit cards. But, I will be getting out of bed in a minute and I will really need your help then.

That you may like this. Sorry but being a follower of Christ does not give us a sin free life. If anything we are now more aware of our sins. This only gives us more reason to Praise The Lord for washing away our sins. Of course this is not a free license to go out and sin. I am sure you will hear the words "Well done my child."
Yours in Christ,
Miss Mona

Romans 1,3,6,10
Acts 2:21

1 John 2
1My little children, these things write I unto you, that ye sin not. And if any man sin, we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous:

2And he is the propitiation for our sins: and not for ours only, but also for the sins of the whole world.

we try to avoid sin but since we are not perfect and sometimes cannot avoid sin.. then we ask for forgiveness...did you know that when we ask for forgiveness we are becoming more closer to God.. because we pray...
we are but humans...we are bound to commit mistakes.. aren't you glad we have a very merciful God?

You pretty much summed it up!
Everyone is going to sin, no matter what, Christian or other wise. GOD knows that no human will EVER be perfect, which is what we would have to be, in order to be sinless, and that, we will never be!
The main thing is that we ask for forgiveness, and lean on, and depend solely on GOD to help us, (knowing that we cannot do it on our own) He will help us to over come!

You're supposed to try.
If you have given your life to Christ, your sins (and we all fail and sin) will be forgiven.
Part of that is repentance, and attempting not to repeat past mistakes.

Thats all you can do. God knew we would fail and sin, we are still flesh. However because of His gift of Jesus, we never have to worry about living by the law, we now live in grace.

that is why Jesus died on the cross for you, because he knew that no human would ever be perfect, so do the best you can and ask forgiveness when you slip up. Keep the faith and God bless

Jesus wants us to try to be like Him but He knew we would make mistakes. God is all forgiving as long as you are sorry.

If we could sin no more, we would be perfect. As followers of Christ, we strive not to sin. Unfortunately, as you said it, we are human and we slip from time to time.

No human being can ever live a life free of sin. It is part of who we are unfortunately. All you can do is do your best for God. He loves you in spite of whatever imperfections you have.
