lie on ur back n hold ur legs up stright above u then slowly split them as far as they will go then slowly raise them back up 2 ur starting position.. keep doing it n change the speed u do it

running or jogging.. (no offence) but as the fatty skin rubbs together it starts to get hot and then starts to burn away..plz vote me as best..
