im currently in the us navy but im not a citizen yet, is there any way i could petition my wife eventhough im not a citizen? and how long should it take?

I do not believe you can do anything until you are a citizen yourself. she will have to maintain her eligibility on her own until you are a citizen.
double check with JAG to make sure.

Get out of the navy. Join the marines. Be useful for a change and stop polishing those useless cannons.
Then die in a week or so. Then you wont care about your wife. Its a win-win situation!
