Ok...Iam 5'6'' or 5'7'' and weigh 120 I can see my 6 pack when I flex but I really cant see it when I dont flex...I was wondering am I on the right track and keep doing what Iam doing now or should do I need to lose some weight too? Also the only workout I do I situps and crunches...is there any other workouts(dont require equipment) that I can do to speed up the process if my weight isnt an issue?

Dude I am in the same boat. Just be sure you are keeping your carbs and fats down. Carbs are great but try and only eat what you're going to burn. Also drink a lot of water and minimize your sodium intake. Sodium makes you retain water making you look doughy and flabby. If you drink enough water in the day, your body so be constantly flushing its self out and cleaning up the areas around your muscle groups. Try those things. It has worked for me in the past, but i have trouble sticking to a low sodium diet. 6'0 170 tennis player.

at your height and weight your body fat has to be below average. have you had it tested? regardless it sounds like you need to decrease your bf % and increase the size of your abs by using some resistance. when you use resistance with ab training you need to decrease the frequency of training to 3x a week as the muscles need to recover from exercise and that takes 36-48 hours.
