I suggest you stay away from your grandpa and your uncle as much as possible when they're smoking. I sympathize with you, though, both my parents smoke.
The only thing you can do is stay away from them when they're smoking, use A LOT of Febreeze. Seriously, before you get dressed in the morning, douse your clothes with Febreeze. Lay them on a flat surface, and spray each side until they're slightly damp. Do this early. Another thing I've done is to find or buy a small spray bottle (I use a bottle that used to contain Chloraseptic throat spray) and fill it with Febreeze, and keep it in your purse or backpack, so that during school you can slip into a bathroom and spray yourself down.
Also, wash your own clothes. Use extra detergent.
Try to keep your clothes in your room, as well, away from the smoke.
If people tell you that you smell like smoke, then tell them it's not your fault.
You also may want to consider talking to your grandpa and uncle about it. Maybe they'll stop smoking. Asking can't hurt.
Hope that helps. I feel your pain.

I'm guessing you have tried asking them to not smoke, or smoke outside.
Try to avoid being near them when they are smoking.
Can you keep bedroom door closed and window open to keep the smell out of your room? Then spend most of your time at home ther, without smoke.
A candle burning (safely!!!!) will often reduce the smell of tobacco smell in the air. You could try this in your room or in the main living area where they smoke.
Febreeze etc will all help, but you can't beat fresh air!

OH MY GOD! i know EXACLTY what you're going through. Both of my parents smoke like walking chimneys. oh my gosh.
I honestly don't know. I use febreeze like mad! I know exactly what you mean about the showering it pisses me off!
i mean, i wake up and all i smell is smoke; its like i don't even know what oxygen smells like anymore. Even when im on the back porch i can still smell the smoke, ew. and the humidity doesn't help.
I have seen though these special anti-smoke sprays, they're a repellent to the smell. I have to get some sometime. You can look it up on google im sure.
Sorry about it, i know what you're going through!
i promised myself if i ever start smoking im doing it 394839483 miles away from my kids. haha
take care!
xx

You know I am a non smoker myself and I detest the smell of smoke but I can't believe how many people have suggested you ask your grandpa and uncle to stop smoking in THEIR OWN home.

Cigarette smoke is one of the toughest smells to get rid of. Is there any way you could get them to smoke outside the home and not in it? Your hair, clothes and lungs would all benefit!

Wash your clothes often, put them in a closet and close the door. Wash your hair more often or cut it. Have a set of at home clothes to wear and put those on when you get home. I smoke and no one ever tells me I stink of smoke.

You will continue to smell of smoke as long as you are around people who smoke...

Have you thought of asking if they can smoke outside so it won't affect you. You do have the right to have fresh air to breath.
