The bible gives a single personal name for Almighty God, and it is expressed as "the Tetragrammaton". Others are titles rather than personal names, or place names which have been wrongly applied to the Divine Person.

"The Tetragrammaton" is the term used to describe the four Hebrew characters (" הוהי ") of the Divine Name. The four characters are generally transliterated (that is, a Roman character familiar to readers of English is shown for the sound of each Hebrew character) as "YHWH". Although the original pronunciation has been lost, the Tetragrammaton is generally pronounced in Hebrew something similar to "Yahweh" or "Yehowah". It is relatively straightforward to guess how the Hebrew pronunciation "Yehowah" became translated into the English pronunciation "Jehovah" more than 400 years ago.

The shortened form of "Jehovah" is "Jah". Most bibles use "Jah" at Psalm 68:4, and within the exclamation "Hallelu-jah" (or "Alleluia"), which literally means "praise Jah" (see Revelation 19:1-6).

Wife. Mother, Excellent cook, Patricia, Pat, Mrs Johnson, Nurse, Teacher, Christian, Woman,
A woman may called all of the above. (besides a few things I would never repeat) Most of these are not names. Pat is a shortened form of Patricia. Mrs is not a part of her name but a title that designates her as a married woman. Do not assume that every term that relates to God in the Bible is a name.
Refer to Psalm 83:18

All of those names really don't matter. In Exodus 3:13-14, Moses is talking to GOD. He says "If I come unto the children of Isreal and tell them the GOD of your father has sent me, they shall say what is his name?" "What shall I tell them?" GOD then said unto Moses "I am that I am!." What GOD was saying is that it doesn't matter what my name is, just be glad I'm here with you. I have personally seen people shout the name Jehovah, Yahweh, and Allah and all have received blessings.
