I will have a hot fruit crisp right out of the oven with a great big scoop of Blue Bell vanilla ice cream on top. Please put it in a shallow bowl so that as the ice cream melts, it won't drip off the dish. A sprinkling of toasted pecans, or hazelnuts over the top would be nice. BTW, could I have seconds?! Yum-yum!!

but for more "picky" days (according to my mood):
- tiramisu (w/ alcohol [kahlua] is always nicer)
- apple crumble w/cinnamon and raisins & a BIG dallop of vanilla ice cream
