What exercises did she do and so on? How long do you think it took for her to do this if she did it an hour a day, 5 times a week?

I know it can be challenging, but try not to compare yourself to a picture of a famous person. First of all, the picture has almost certainly been altered. Secondly, she has stylists to help her get ready for the picture. Thirdly, a lot of "stars" have had plastic surgery.

Concentrate instead on being the healthiest version of you that you can. This is something you can do, and the process will build your confidence. Confidence is beautiful! So figure out what you like to do for cardio (if you don't like to exercise, put on some good music and dance for 30 minutes, at least 4-5 times a week.) If you don't enjoy what you're doing, you won't stick with it. If you like more than one thing, alternating between different cardiovascular actitivities is great--just do it at least 4-5 times per week.

Add some weight bearing exercise 3 times a week. If you don't like weights or circuit training, learn yoga or some other activity where you work with your own weight.

Look at what you eat and see if there are some changes you feel you can make--permanently. Don't be obsessive: if you decide to give up soda, it's ok to have a glass once in awhile. Cut back or eliminate white sugar, white bread, white rice. (if you love white rice, use basmati rice--it has less glycemic load on your body.) Drink lots of water. Use high quality fats, like olive oil. Enjoy your food and don't deprive yourself. Deprivation leads to cravings, which lead to difficulties. Make changes in your diet that you can maintain, and take it as slowly as you need to. I took almost two years to lose 35 lbs. but I didn't suffer doing it (I had a good time, actually!) and the weight stayed off.

If you feel healthy, and have energy, then you'll be confident and comfortable in your body. And that always looks good!

it really doesn't matter what form of exercise you choose to participate in. the intensity that exercise is performed at and the diet is what ultimately determines the shape and size of the body. you are what you eat
