what should i do about this and my body of course and i do not want to look thick i do not use the term of F*A*T* so what can i do? plz help me plz

try snacking on healthier foods, like fruits or vegetables. Also, proteins fill you up more, so try eating those more often.

I love eating too, but the trick is to eat a lot of low caloried food.

Eat healthily with lots of veggies, lean meat and complex carbs and exercise, you will not have problem losing some weight and fats.

I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs and gain better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs for more than a year.

you have to realize that the word "diet" is nothing more than adjective to describe a regular pattern of eating habits. a person can follow a healthy diet, bad diet or anything in between.

to follow a healthy diet you simply need to focus on the food items that you consume on a regular basis. 90% of the foods that you eat should be whole foods, these are not processed foods. these are the foods that are found in the exterior of the supermarket and are perishable.

try walking, jogging, or running and eat as heathly as possible- lot's of salad and fruit (a bowl of ice cream won't kill you every other day or so). Fad diets really dont work and whatever you do DON'T STARVE YOUR SELF. You'll get a quick fix, but the second you start eating again you gain it ALL back (& more) at the same speed you lost it.
