You say you are planning to send an application. That means you have not even started your application process and you are thinking that you will fail. If you believe that, then do not apply. Save your time and money. But if you believe that you are qualified and capable of doing that job, prepare yourself. Ask your agency how to go about it. What the steps are and what is expected from you at the interview. I am sure that there are LIC's who have just passed the interview and may be able to give you some tips on how the interview went. Do your research and make sure you have accomplished all the requirements. Then and only then must you submit your papers. Money is hard to come by these days and making simple mistakes that could have been prevented in the first place will save you the frustration of getting denied. I wish you all the luck in your plans to come to Canada as a caregiver. Please read this very carefully and check if your agency is accredited at the Canadian Embassy.**

Prepare all the documents necessary to be presented to the embassy. Be able to answer the questions properly and honestly during the interview. Do not think of the retake but you must concentrate on passing the first interview.
