Milk-based products, basically. Cheese and stuff like that. I think I read somewhere that most lactose intolerant people can drink the equivalent of one glass of milk per day with no ill effects, but don't quote me on it. All dairy products contain lactose. You will fins that soy is a good substitute for milk. As for yogurt, ice cream, and cheese I have no idea

The obvious answers are milk and cheese, but you'll be surprised how many other kinds of things have milk products. Look at brand name chocolate chip cookies -- read the labels. That's one thing I had to give up, darn it.
