Lactose intolerance is the inability to digest milk.Don't have milk.
If you normally drink a lot of milk, then you will need to get vitamins and minerals from other sources, like egg

Milk-based products, basically. Cheese and stuff like that. I think I read somewhere that most lactose intolerant people can drink the equivalent of one glass of milk per day with no ill effects, but don't quote me on it. If I recall correctly, wikipedia has a decent article about lactose intolerance. Check it out! Good night!

All dairy products contain lactose. You will fins that soy is a good substitute for milk. As for yogurt, ice cream, and cheese I have no idea

The obvious answers are milk and cheese, but you'll be surprised how many other kinds of things have milk products. Look at brand name chocolate chip cookies -- read the labels. That's one thing I had to give up, darn it.
