I'm a skirt wearing, long hair, Holy roller, tongue talking, hand clapping, praising the Lord, heaven bound, Holy Spirit filled Pentecostal.

I used to go to a pentecostal church a long time ago, the pastor there was real good!
I have pretty much the same believes as they do, speaking in tongues, the whole bit.
The only thing that doesn't click with me, is that they put way too much en phases on dress code, make up, and the outward things of that nature, I'm not saying that stuff like that can't be abused, but I just think that GOD is more concerned about what is on the inside!
And even though I firmly believe in speaking/praying in tongues, I do not agree that it is something that is necessary for our salvation, I believe that you can make it to heaven without it, as long as you accept JESUS CHRIST, the son of GOD, as your personal savior!
Right now, I really wouldn't say that I was any certain denomination, although, there are some that I would definitely say that I would NOT belong to, I just believe GOD'S word, and nothing but!

A Pentecostal person is someone who believes in the Day of Pentecost. The Power of the Holy Spirit & the gifts of the Holy Spirit. Until the unity of the faith in Jesus Christ our Lord & Savior comes in. You don't have to go to a Church called Pentecostal, you just have to believe in the Holy Spirit of the Holy Bible. And anyone filled with the Holy Spirit is Pentecostal.
The Holy Spirit baptism happened. The anointing, the spirit of truth who leads us into all truth. Who gives us the words to say before we say them. Who teaches us the spiritual things, comparing spiritual with spiritual. Who teaches us discernment of spiritual & what is of God & what isn't. The Holy Spirit is our comforter & assures us of our salvation. Assures us we are children of the Most High. We cry Abba, Father. And sooo much more.

Well I do go to a Pentecostal church where my grandpa is the Pastor but the only reason I go is because I still live at home & it's a rule.I just like to do stuff that I'm not suppose to I dye my hair, get fake nails, wear pants when I leave town, show clevage & thighs, & wear makeup. I just never got why I'm not suppose to do any of that stuff it don't make sense to me. I know that doing this will send me to Hell but sor some reason that doesn't make me quit. We are having a district family camp this week like 2 hours away from here & everyone wants me to go on Friday night but I can't. Everytime I go to a church event like this I always feel like everyone is judging me or they can just tell I like to do things I'm not suppose to do, so I just don't go, the last time i went to a district church function was March of 2006.

I'm biblical. So I guess that makes me pentecostal, baptist, evangelical and other stuff. My affiliations are biblical, not traditional.
