Yes, for sure. But you need some patience ... ( I saw you put this message twice...) Learning a language is something that take its time. And I won't write lots of things to you, ones that you, maybe, is not able to understand yet. I just wish you luck and... don't give up!!! Remember that every big walk start with one single step...

Of course it's possible, you can do it by watching commercials for example, they advertise a vacuum cleaner, and they show you a picture, and you associate the picture with the word. It just takes a while, and once you're around english speaking people enough, you should pick it up some, it's not too difficult if you try at it!!

best way to learn is to communicate with english speaker often. like in school or at work. listen the english radio, watch english TV, read englishnewspaper(not in your mind, read out loud).
