I need some answers before these kids die by drowing
or some friends I know will knock out their daddy and put
him in the hospital

Well, once god sent a bear to murder these children because they were teasing an old man.
Tell them god their god will send some kind of wild animal to tear them apart while they are still alive.

A grown woman should be able to send "stray" children home to their parents without threat of harm.
If these kids do not have a happy home, perhaps you could offer hospitality and refuge. If you must send them home, try not to do it with cruelty. Your goal is for a peaceful home, not to leave emotional scars.
